5. Rent Reporting Services

Where applicable, Credit Mentors may facilitate rent reporting services.

We are not a credit bureau.

We do not:

  • Control credit bureau scoring models
  • Control how lenders interpret credit reports
  • Guarantee that reported rent will impact your score

Rent reporting outcomes depend on bureau policies and individual credit profiles.

You are responsible for providing accurate rental and payment information. We do not guarantee that rent reporting will result in credit score increases or lender approvals.

6. User-Submitted Information

You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of any information you submit through our forms, dashboards, or communications.

We are not liable for consequences arising from inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information provided by you.

7. Payments, Fees, and Refunds

Certain services offered by Credit Mentors Canada Inc. require payment. By purchasing any paid service, you agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize us to charge the applicable fees disclosed at the time of purchase.

All fees are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated.

Service-Based Payments

Due to the nature of our services — including advisory sessions, rent reporting facilitation, administrative processing, and digital delivery — payments are generally final once services are initiated or delivered.

Strategy Sessions & Consultations

Strategy sessions and consultations are non-refundable once delivered.

Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed appointments or late cancellations may result in forfeiture of the session without refund.

Rent Reporting Services

Rent reporting services involve administrative review, data verification, and reporting procedures.

Once:

  • Your account has been activated.
  • Required information has been submitted, or
  • Reporting has been initiated,

Fees are non-refundable.

If cancellation is requested before activation or processing, refund eligibility may be reviewed at our sole discretion.

Digital Products & Materials

All digital products, templates, guides, or educational materials are final sale and non-refundable once accessed, delivered, or downloaded.

Subscription Services

Subscription services may be cancelled at any time to prevent future billing.

Cancellation does not result in refunds for prior billing periods. We do not provide prorated refunds.

Discretionary Review

Refund requests outside of the terms stated above may be reviewed in exceptional circumstances. Approval of any refund remains at the sole discretion of Credit Mentors Canada Inc.

Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve a billing issue may result in suspension or termination of services.

8. Subscriptions and Communications

By submitting your email or registering for services, you consent to receive electronic communications from us, including:

  • Educational emails
  • Service updates
  • Program notifications
  • Administrative messages

You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time. However, administrative or transactional emails related to services may still be sent.
